Sahar Rahimi, born in Tehran, is a director, writer and performer currently living in Munich. She studied at the Institute for Applied Theater Studies in Giessen and is co-founder of the performance group Monster Truck. She works in the fields of theater, performance, installation and video in the independent scene and at the municipal theater. At the center of her work is an interest in the ambivalent border areas of power and powerlessness.
