Rasmus Nordholt-Frieling makes electronic music and develops sound concepts for scenic and performative works. Nordholt-Frieling is a musician, sound designer, arranger and producer. He is interested in the overlapping and confrontation of heterogeneous perspectives, musical practices and narrative forms. In addition to his own projects and productions, he has collaborated in recent years with Rimini Protokoll, kainkollektiv, Doris Dean and Amirhossein Mashaherifard, among others. In 2020, together with Jörg Albrecht, he developed the format of Remote Reading at the Center for Literature - Burg Hülshoff. Another focus of his work is in the field of theory and philosophy of music. In 2021 his dissertation Musical Relations will be published by Wilhelm Fink Verlag.
