Paula Reissig

Paula Reissig studied cultural studies and aesthetic practice at the University of Hildesheim and photography at the Zurich University of the Arts. She completed her studies with an encyclopaedia on photographic genres. She has been a freelance photographer since 2014 and works for and with various cultural institutions as well as venues and groups in the independent theatre scene. She is a permanent member of the performance collective Frauen und Fiktion.

Paula Reissig designs 3D worlds, builds computer games, makes films, music videos, theatre and photographs and conceives digital mediation formats. The medium itself is often at the centre of her work.
