Minako Seki (*in Nagasaki, Japan) is a German-Japanese dancer, choreographer and performance artist as well as a lecturer in contemporary dance. She collaborates across the arts with various artists*in the fields of dance, visual arts and music. Minaki Seki is one of the pioneers of Butoh (English: Dance of Darkness) in Europe, a dance theater without fixed form, which emerged in Japan after World War II.
