Anke Stelling (*1971 in Ulm) is an author and writes mainly novels, short stories and screenplays. She grew up in Stuttgart, has lived in Berlin since 1991, and studied at the German Literature Institute in Leipzig.
In 2015, her novel Bodentiefe Fenster was on the longlist for the German Book Prize. In 2019, the novel Schäfchen im Trockenen was awarded the Prize of the Leipzig Book Fair. Her second children's book Freddie und die Bändigung des Bösen will be published in spring 2020.
