Tab Talks #8 with I.V. Nuss

tabtalks_logo

Writing today takes place primarily on the computer. In the Tab Talks series, authors guide visitors through their digital writing environments in a mixture of studio visit and workshop discussion. They show programs and folder structures, accumulated files and text versions - and talk about research work using open tabs in the browser.

For Tab Talks #8, I.V. Nuss shares her screen. Nuss is a master in the speculative narration of digitally saturated visual and living worlds. She creates authorships like she pulls characters from some folder deep, deep filled with memes and screencaps. She talks to Andreas Bülhoff in the stream about the forms that material takes in her writing process and how all of this comes back into the linear text.

The conversation is also accompanied by Son Lewandowski on Instagram.
