The CfL starts the year with readings, music and talks. Three lectures form the first part: Daniel Falb reads new poems in which he converses with AI. Sandra Gugić, Lily Shehady and Sarah Sassoon take personal and political stock of life in Israel shortly before 7 October.. The duo this honourable fish complements with accordion, trombone and electronics.
In the second part, Ozan Zakariya Keskinkılıç and Fabian Saul tell a story with music and lyrics: that of the elephant Abul Abbas, a gift to Charlemagne. Mara Genschel moderates.
