In the series Contemporary Earth from Burg Hülshoff - Center for Literature, the focus is placed on the
different way of seeing and interpreting the Anthropocene that we want to discuss with each other. In the second part, we will dedicate our- selves to the language of the earth - or, more accurately: the languages. Activists from today and artists from back then ask the same question: how well can the needs of the earth, of the planet, be expressed in words? An evening dedicated to geology and poetry.

Die Übersetzungen der Texte von Annette von Droste-Hülshoff entstanden im Projekt Trans|Droste, das durch den Projektfonds des Deutschen Übersetzerfonds im Rahmen des Programms »NEUSTART KULTUR« der Beauftragten der Bundesregierung für Kultur und Medien gefördert wird und in Kooperation mit der Droste- Forschungsstelle bei der LWL- Literaturkommission für Westfalen entsteht.
