The directing collective Rimini Protokoll stages Annette von Droste-Hülshoff’s novella Die Judenbuche in a mixture of radio play, film and nature viewing. Based on the themes of the text, such as domestic violence, family law, alcohol addiction, anti-Semitism or corruption, Helgard Haug and Daniel Wetzel spoke with people from and in Münster and have created a moral portrait of the complex society in which we live today.
Note
- Opening hours: Friday to Sunday, 11 am–7 pm
- Total duration: approx. 2 hours.
- Sturdy shoes required. Long trousers are recommended.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the installation and throughout the park.
- The high seats are at a minimum height of 1.5 metres and a maximum of 3.5 metres.
- In the case of bad weather or heavy rain, the installation may be closed for safety reasons. In this case we will refund the ticket costs via our ticket shop. No reimbursement will be made for other costs (travel) or similar. Regardless of the weather, you can alternatively visit the Droste Museum or the exhibition Droste Digital.
